Wssndigital offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on WSSN digital subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

Go to paddle.net and enter the email you used at checkout.
Open the order for your WSSN digital subscription.
Request a refund and follow the prompts.

You can also contact our support team through the in-app support channel and we'll help you complete the request.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing page or through the Paddle customer portal. Cancelling stops future renewals; unless you also request a refund within the 30-day window, you'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.

Chargebacks

Please contact us or Paddle before initiating a chargeback — most issues can be resolved quickly by requesting a refund directly.
